Each bedroom is thoughtfully equipped to ensure your comfort and relaxation. Two of the bedrooms boast ensuite bathrooms, adding an extra touch of luxury to your stay.
As you enter the villa on the ground floor, you'll be greeted by a spacious open area that houses a fantastically-equipped kitchen, perfect for food enthusiasts. The area seamlessly flows into the dining and living room, where a large flat-screen Smart Satellite TV awaits. Grab a cup of freshly brewed coffee and leisurely pad across the room to the inviting outdoor space. No matter where you find yourself in this house, there's something beautiful to admire. The neutral color palette creates a serene atmosphere, allowing you to escape the fast pace of life and create unforgettable memories during your stay. Restful nights are guaranteed as you indulge in a luxurious getaway away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Stepping outside the villa, you'll be greeted by an exquisitely designed swimming pool, inviting you to take a refreshing dip. Adjacent to the pool, a lounge area awaits, complete with a dining table for 6 under a protected pergola and an outdoor fireplace. The garden sets the perfect ambiance for sunset drinks, while the swimming pool and lounge area with comfortable sofas provide an ideal spot for relaxation. Fire up the grill and gather together for an alfresco meal under the pergola as the stars gradually appear in the night sky. Sunbeds are also available for you to soak up the Cretan sun and revel in the little things that will leave a lasting impression.

The swimming pool can be heated for free from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
