Villa Vista is a luxury private undercut villa with a combination of elements of modern decoration with endless blue waters. The well-known beach of Falassarna with crystal blue waters is only 800 meters away! Whenever you may choose to sit and relax, you will enjoy the gorgeous sunset, a magical place for your vacation. Who wouldn’t want a getaway in a summer oasis?

Villa Vista is a hidden villa on the earth giving the feeling you are somewhere away from all. The interior area is designed with minimal elements and the airy spaces are making the perfect spot for a couple or family with a young kid or baby. An open-plan space consists of an all-well-organized kitchen, a servery for both breakfast and dinner, a living room area, and a bathroom that is suitable for all the guests. Next to the bathroom, in the wardrobe, there is a washing and dryer machine. In the same place, there is a double-sized bed with a high-quality mattress and a Smart TV. Imagine waking up and enjoying the endless blue of the sea directly from your bed, in particular, we can say that this is the place where the sky touches the sea. Although the luxury doesn’t stop here!

Step out on the veranda where the outdoor area is fully fenced with a private swimming pool and the infinity blue will impress you. Around the pool, there are sunbeds and an umbrella for luxurious poolside relaxation and quality time. Pretty close to this area exists an outdoor dining table next to the charcoal barbecue with a sink and a cupboard.

For 2023, the swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility.

The villa is situated at a very idyllic point and nothing can interrupt the magical views of the Cretan sea and mountains. As the villa is located on a hill, the last 600m to reach the complex is an off-road road. We recommend using an SUV car in order to reach the complex easily.

Falassarna is a small resort boasting one of the best-known beaches in Chania Prefecture and is a paradise for nature lovers. Falassarna is also known for its magnificent sunset which can be admired the best during the summer month. The area of Falassarn is also well-developed and has a lot of different types of luxury villas you can stay in and spend a few days there. At Falassarnа you can find some restaurants, beach bars - cafes where you can spend your time enjoying the sunset in the evening, or you can enjoy it while staying in a luxury and private villa. If you are a romantic, you have to wait for the sunset because it is considered one of the best and must be seen while staying in Falassarna due to the magical landscape and the immense horizon.
Also in the western part of Chania, there are more beautiful beaches to visit such as Balos and Efafonissi.
