Spanning 300 sqm, this contemporary villa combines elegant design with thoughtful functionality, ensuring both comfort and privacy throughout. With six spacious bedrooms, all featuring en-suite bathrooms, guests can enjoy a relaxing and private stay. On the ground floor, two double bedrooms (one with a sofa bed that converts into a double) share a balcony. The first floor hosts a master bedroom with a double bed, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony with stunning sea views. Two additional bedrooms are arranged across mezzanine levels, each offering twin beds, en-suite bathrooms, and balconies overlooking the surrounding forest. A fully equipped office room is also available for those who wish to work remotely.
The villa’s main living area is bright and spacious, overlooking the pool and outdoor spaces, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for preparing and enjoying meals together.
