Oak Luxury Villa is located in the stylish resort area of Rethymno, Crete, offering upscale accommodation for up to 16 guests. While the villa enjoys a convenient location near popular beaches, restaurants, and shops, it also provides a peaceful and private setting—ideal for a luxurious getaway with family or friends.
Situated in the sought-after area of Tria Monastiria, the villa is perfectly positioned for guests to explore the many attractions of the region. A daily breakfast service (except Sundays) adds an extra touch of comfort, helping guests start each day with ease.
Inside, the villa features two elegantly designed living rooms—one on the ground floor and another on the lower level. Both spaces are equipped with plush seating, a 65-inch Smart TV, Bluetooth sound system, PS5 console, board games, fireplace, and air conditioning, creating inviting areas for relaxation and entertainment.
The ground floor also hosts a refined dining area with generous seating, alongside two fully equipped kitchens—one on each level. Each kitchen includes modern appliances such as an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and Nespresso machine. Additional conveniences include a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities.
The villa accommodates guests across seven well-appointed bedrooms. On the lower level (pool level), there are two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fitness area. The main floor features a third bedroom, a guest bathroom, and a pool table. The first floor includes the master suite with an en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, TV, and safe, along with two additional bedrooms (one twin) and another bathroom. The final bedroom is located in the attic and also has its own en-suite. Two extra guests can be accommodated using a sofa bed in the lower living room and a folding bed.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy a beautifully designed entertainment space with a large swimming pool, separate children’s pool, outdoor shower, and a built-in gas BBQ with wine cooler. There is also a shaded dining area, comfortable lounging spaces, a children’s playground, table tennis, foosball, and gym facilities. The villa is pet-friendly and includes garage parking as well as elevator access for added convenience.
