Blending authentic Cretan charm with modern style, the villa creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere ideal for holidays with loved ones. The spacious living area is filled with natural light thanks to large windows, making it a bright and welcoming place to unwind. Guests can relax on the comfortable sofa while enjoying the 55” Smart TV, share meals around the dining table, or have fun with the billiard table and bar area. A few steps lead to a cozy mezzanine level, featuring a sofa bed and a desk workspace—perfect for reading, remote work, or additional sleeping space. The living area opens directly onto the terrace and pool, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker, and all essential cookware. It opens onto a balcony with an outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying breakfast or dinner with fresh air and scenic views.
For added convenience, the villa includes a dedicated laundry area with both a washer and dryer.
Each of the four double bedrooms is thoughtfully designed, featuring a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and a smart TV. Three bedrooms also have private balconies, offering quiet spots to relax. Bathrooms are easily accessible from all rooms, ensuring comfort for every guest.
Outside, the private pool area invites you to unwind, complete with a shallow section for children. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and a shaded seating area provide plenty of space to relax throughout the day. The outdoor space also features a BBQ and dining area, as well as a poolside bathroom with a shower—perfect for rinsing off after a swim. For entertainment, there’s a ping pong table, and the property offers private parking for up to two cars.
