The newly renovated Byblos Villa is set in the vibrant town of Rethymno on the beautiful island of Crete. Ideally located near popular beaches, restaurants, and local shops, this elegant retreat also provides a private and luxurious setting for an unforgettable holiday.
Blending traditional character with contemporary design, the villa is situated in one of Crete’s most sought-after regions. It comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across the main house, two maisonettes, and a separate studio, offering both space and privacy.
Originally dating back to the 17th century, the property has been carefully restored to preserve its heritage while introducing modern comforts. The living room is tastefully designed with comfortable seating, a satellite Smart TV, and a cast-iron stove, adding warmth and character to the space.
The dining area features a distinctive style, with elegant lighting and ample seating for all guests. The fully equipped kitchen showcases a modern aesthetic and includes a four-ring stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave, orange juicer, and Nespresso machine.
The villa offers four double bedrooms: one with a super king-size bed, one with a double bed, and two mezzanine-style rooms, each with one double and two single beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, have en-suite bathrooms, and have access to a shared outdoor terrace. An additional bathroom is also available. Towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for guests’ convenience.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy a unique feature—the only private swimming pool in Rethymno’s old town—along with a charming rooftop garden furnished with a relaxing seating area. The villa also includes a gas BBQ and outdoor dining space, perfect for al fresco meals.
Secure parking is available just 150 meters from the property. A generous welcome pack is provided on arrival, inviting guests to make the most of the villa’s amenities and enjoy a truly memorable stay in Crete.

Because the property is located in the middle of the old town of Rethymnon, there are specific hours during which you must keep the noise down. These are from 3 pm to 5 30pm and from 11-30pm and onwards.
