Villa Canggu South adjoins the two-bedroom Villa Canggu North, and the two villlas can be separated by a retractable garden wall. When all six bedrooms are rented together, the garden can be opened up to create a luxurious space with two pools, two living and dining rooms and interconnecting doors.
Bedroom 1: Ground floor Master bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, DVD, private terrace and en-suite bathroom with shower, Jacuzzi tub, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.
Bedroom 2: Ground floor bedroom with two single beds (can be made up as a king-size bed), A/C, TV, DVD and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.
Bedroom 3: First floor bedroom with two single beds (can be made up as a king-size bed), A/C, TV, DVD and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellation greater than 60 days prior to arrival, 25% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. For cancellation made between 30 and 59 days prior to arrival, 55% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. For cancellation made within 30 days, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Rental rates:
The villa requires 2 nights minimum rentals during the Low and shoulder seasons, 3 nights during High Seasons and 5 nights minimum rentals of the villa over Peck Season
Banjar fee: IDR 4,000,000 Local Community (Banjar) Fee for groups of 25 or more per event. Also applicable to second event (subject to change).
Event fee: 1 x seasonal night (seasonal rate applies)
Music curfew at 11pm.
Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to the 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for set-up and clean up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with a Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide to local ordinances.
