While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below.
Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6 AM until 6 AM the next morning.
No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 22 March 2023, 11 March 2024 and 29 March 2025.

Event Fees USD 850 (subject to 15.5% tax and service charge)
Banjar Fees IDR 3,000,000 (under 30 pax)
Pre/Post Event Fees Option to host small gatherings of up to 20 guests held before/after the main event is available at USD 250++ and IDR 3,000,000 for local community banjar fee.
Minimum nights:
● Minimum 3 nights stay is required during normal and shoulder season (a shorter stay may be allowed if adjacent to an existing booking)
● Minimum 4 nights stay is required during high season
● Peak season events are subject to approval
Security Deposit:
Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. This amount of USD 1,000 will be used to cover the cost of service or replacement in case of damage or breakage to the property during the event (pre and after) takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property.
Other:
● Guest are required to have an event organiser when an event fee is charged
● Guests must prearrange their own transport as there will may be no access to taxis or public transportation
● Music curfew (sound system, DJ, and live music) is until 12 am (midnight)
● No floating stage or pool deck available at the villa
● Fireworks, paper candle lanterns or Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted
Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
