Recently renovated in 2023, this delightful holiday residence accommodates up to ten guests in five air-conditioned bedrooms, each accompanied by a private bathroom. The main two-story building houses three bedrooms, while two additional bedrooms are located within separate, thatch-roofed guest houses in the garden. Ancient sacred trees stand sentinel next to a 22-meter infinity pool, creating a serene atmosphere as the pool seemingly merges with the adjacent river. All bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds, and three bathrooms boast oversized bathtubs, two of which are open to the sky.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Security Deposit
Security deposit to be paid upon arrival at the villa. This amount of USD 1,000 will be used to cover the cost of service or replacement in case of damage or breakage to the property during the event (pre and after) takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property.
Pre/Post Event Fees Option to host small gatherings of up to 20 guests held before/after the main event is available at USD 350++ and IDR 2,500,000 for local community banjar fee.
Other Requirements
● Guests are required to have an event organizer when an event fee is charged
● Guest must prearrange their transport as there will be no access to taxis or public transportation
● Outdoor music curfew (sound system, DJ, and live music) is until 11 pm only
● No floating stage or pool deck available at the villa
● Fireworks, paper candle lanterns, or Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted
Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
