Villa Paletu is an elegant, ultra-modern three-bedroom luxury villa in Ubud, offering serene views across Bali’s emerald rice fields in the peaceful enclave of Singakerta. Designed as a private sanctuary, it combines contemporary architecture with natural surroundings, creating a calm and exclusive retreat away from the town’s vibrant energy. The villa’s three-storey layout balances open communal areas with intimate spaces, making it ideal for families or small groups seeking both connection and privacy.
Fully air-conditioned and finished with marble floors and floor-to-ceiling glass windows, the interiors are bright and refined, with subtle Balinese design elements and neutral tones throughout. The living and dining areas open directly onto the garden and pool, with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a dining space for up to six guests, as well as a fully equipped modern kitchen. A small indoor garden adds natural light and greenery to the heart of the home.
Each of the three ensuite bedrooms can accommodate up to six guests. The ground-floor master bedroom offers direct access to the pool and garden, while the two upper-level bedrooms enjoy elevated views of the surrounding rice fields. All rooms feature spa-style bathrooms, walk-in rain showers, and a carefully curated sleep experience, including organic latex pillows.
Outdoors, a 13-metre private pool sits within a landscaped garden overlooking the rice fields and nearby river, with sun loungers and shaded areas for relaxation. The villa also features a rooftop terrace with a lounge and massage pavilion for in-villa spa treatments, ideal for unwinding at sunset or enjoying quiet moments above the landscape.
