Villa Oasi dei Trulli is a charming complex of four independent holiday homes with a private pool and air conditioning, set in the peaceful countryside near Castellana Grotte, in the heart of the Itria Valley. Surrounded by olive trees and a fully fenced garden with lawn, the property offers a unique opportunity to experience the authentic atmosphere of traditional “trulli” while enjoying complete privacy and exclusivity.
The estate can accommodate up to 14 guests and features 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and convivial moments, with a private swimming pool, open from May to October, and equipped with parasols, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a toilet. Close to the pool, guests will find a laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, a comfortable lounge area with sofas, and a gazebo furnished with a large dining table that can seat up to 20 people, ideal for al fresco dining. A large brick barbecue and five covered parking spaces are also available.
Each of the four homes has its own private entrance and is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, mosquito nets, and an outdoor patio with a table and chairs. All units are on one level and are tastefully furnished with period pieces, local craftsmanship, and fine hand-embroidered linens, creating an authentic and welcoming atmosphere.
The first house is a delightful 35 m² stone home, perfect for two guests, with a living area including a table and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven and dishwasher, one double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The second house is a spacious 65 m² trullo that can accommodate up to five guests, offering a living room with TV and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, and dishwasher, one double bedroom, one triple bedroom with a double and a single bed, and two bathrooms with showers. The third house, also 65 m², is a cozy stone residence for four guests, featuring a living area with a sofa, a dining table, and a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, an electric oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator, two double bedrooms, and one bathroom with a shower. The fourth house is an elegant 60 m² trullo designed for four guests, featuring a large living area with a fireplace, TV, and dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator, two double bedrooms, and one bathroom with a shower.
Note: Small to medium-sized pets are allowed, with a maximum of one pet upon request and at an extra cost.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
