Coralia is a stunning three-bedroom villa with a private swimming pool, set in an exceptional sea-facing position around 30 kilometres south of Catania. Located within a quiet residential complex, the villa is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden and spacious panoramic terraces offering breathtaking views across the Gulf of Catania, with Mount Etna rising majestically in the distance.
Set on a single level, the villa features bright and welcoming interiors comprising a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and three comfortable bedrooms. Two double bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms with showers, while the third double/twin bedroom is served by two additional bathrooms with showers. The property can also accommodate an additional guest on a sofa bed.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning and heating throughout, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, electric oven, microwave, espresso machine, and American coffee maker.
Outside, guests can enjoy a patio, veranda, spacious terraces, barbecue area, beautifully landscaped garden, and private swimming pool with a sun terrace. The outdoor spaces provide plenty of opportunities to relax, dine al fresco, and enjoy the spectacular sea and Mount Etna views.
From the villa, a pleasant 500-metre walk along a small shared road leads to the cliff and sea. The nearest sandy beach, Agnone Bagni, is approximately a 10-minute drive away. The location is also ideal for exploring Catania, the villages and landscapes of Mount Etna, and Taormina, while further south lie the Baroque towns of Syracuse and Noto, the Vendicari Nature Reserve, and the seaside village of Marzamemi.
