The outdoor spaces are enhanced by a beautiful pool (5 x 10 m, depth 140 cm), open from May to September, and equipped with sun loungers, parasol, external shower, and breakfast table.
A large covered patio provides the perfect spot for alfresco dining, complete with a spacious table and barbecue, ideal for enjoying meals with family and friends while taking in the panoramic views.
Spread over three levels, Villa degli Artisti combines rustic charm with modern comforts. It can accommodate up to 8 people, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets, and each bedroom has a fan. A baby cot is available upon request, and pets are allowed upon request.
Inside, the villa offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The upper floor features a spacious, bright living area with comfortable seating, a fireplace, a TV, and a dining table. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, toaster, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave, ensuring guests have everything they need for a pleasant stay.
Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (300.00€); heating according to consumption during winter months; extra cleaning (20.00€ per hour); extra linen change (20.00€ per person). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival). While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
