The Villa Nautica is a gorgeous property that promises a luxurious and relaxing vacation right next to the Caribbean Sea. The villa offers a palapa on the rooftop that features a wet bar with seating and an additional double chaise lounge. Even more fun can be had down on the multi-level pool with a spacious deck, kayaks ready to go out on the water, and more. This villa is designed to accommodate up to 10 guests of any age with four bedrooms and four ensuite bathrooms. It’s one of the few villas of this size on Fatima Bay and perfect for large family vacations.

When guests step inside the villa, an open floor plan living and dining area will become uncovered. This area leads into an outdoor terrace with a beach and deck area for fun in the sun. There is a spacious gourmet chef’s kitchen for any chefs in the group, as well as a grill on the terrace for grilling meat and seafood during vacation. The villa has stunning ocean views that complement the surroundings and features nautical details that speak to the nearby Caribbean Sea.

This villa comes with four well-equipped bedrooms, including a master suite with an ensuite bathroom with a double shower, double vanity, and a walk-in closet on the lower floor. The king suite leads out to the deck and jacuzzi area where guests can relax and enjoy the sunset or the stars in the sky. There are another three suites available with private bathrooms and walk-in closets, each on the top level of the villa.

Also on the top floor is a media room that includes a massive flatscreen television with satellite channels. This space also offers comfortable seating for family movie nights. There are also outstanding ocean views from the glass wall in this space for those who want to look out at the natural beauty of Mexico. This area leads to stairs that take you to the roof deck for another fantastic gathering space.

Guests will also have access to staff while staying at the villa. A pool person and gardener take care of the grounds and keeping the water clean. There is a housekeeper who visits each day and a personal chef who makes delicious meals for breakfast and lunch. On top of that, Villa Nautica is near the San Carlos Marina where guests can visit boutique shops, various restaurants, delis, tennis courts, and golf courses.

Please note, as the property includes chef services, access to the kitchen is restricted to the chef and grocery for the meals is bought by the chef. Grocery for meals that are not included in the rate and/or snacks will be bought by the guests
