Endless Summer Escape
The Casa Querencia is the largest estate in Kupuri, which is Punta Mita’s newest and most exclusive enclave. The home is situated above a wide beach with gentle waves. There are spectacular ocean views and the ocean breeze can be felt from every room. This home is perfect for families or large groups of people because it was designed with fun in mind!
There are seven bedrooms and eight-and-a-half bathrooms. All bedrooms have a private terrace that faces the ocean. The master suite features 180-degree views from a wraparound terrace, indoor and outdoor showers, and a small office. There are two bedrooms with king-size beds, one bedroom with two queen-size beds, and a bunk room that can sleep up to six people. Two private casitas, one with a king-size bed and the other with two queens, are just steps from the beach. There is also a loft above the media room which can sleep four people on pullout futons.
The back of the home features a large, private cabana that leads to the infinity-style pool and Jacuzzi. Lush, green grassy areas make the perfect place for children to run around and play. There is an outdoor bar nearby with plenty of comfortable seating. Families and friends can gather by the fire pit in the evenings to enjoy the night sky and sea breeze. Take the winding stairs down to the beach and relax in a private beach-side cabana.
Guests can enjoy an on property game of full-court basketball, bocce ball, or ping pong. For the more adventurous types, paddleboards, bikes, kayaks, and boogie boards are available for use. Or take a break from the sun in the home’s media room that has a giant surround-sound movie system.
This property includes a butler/host, chef/cook, driver, laundress, housekeeper, and pool person. Expect maid service seven days per week.

The Endless Summer Escape applies to all new reservations booked between May 12 and August 31, 2026.
Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
Punta Mita Resort Maintenance
Please note that several Punta Mita beach clubs and golf courses will undergo scheduled maintenance and enhancement projects throughout 2026. These temporary closures are part of carefully planned resort improvements aimed at further elevating the guest experience.

Punta Mita Access Fee
The Club Punta Mita Access Fee is a one-time, per-person, per-stay fee that applies to vacation rental guests staying in Punta Mita for up to 30 days.
