Condo Aquila sits on the 18th hole of a world-class golf course in the distinguished Punta Mita area of Mexico and is part of the Las Marietas neighborhood. This is an area set right alongside the Bahia Golf Course, and within a region that ranks as one of the more elite locations in the country. After all, Punta Mita is a jet set favorite and a popular destination with some of the most recognizable faces and names in the world. With amazing weather, stunning beaches, and remarkable views, it is sure to delight. There is world-class golf, tennis, snorkeling, shopping, dining, and great spa options. There is fishing and water sports, and more. However, this three-bedroom, classic beach house has so many appealing amenities that leaving it to go elsewhere may not be on the agenda.
After all, it features an astonishing array of amenities in addition to its access to neighborhood facilities. There is a remarkable infinity edge pool beneath the verandah and flanked by an oversized banquette sofa. All of this is oriented towards the astonishing views of the course and the sea just beyond. The pool is actually within the front portion of the great room, and this includes an open floor plan that maps out several lounging spaces. There is also a dining area, a formal TV lounge with entertainment system and the open air kitchen. With a large breakfast bar and premium stainless appliances, it is a chef’s delight.
It has three bedrooms but can easily accommodate up to eight visitors thanks to its amazing bunk room-style chamber. This opens to the views and features two queen beds with built-in bunk beds along the upper half of the suite. It is an esthetically appealing room that has clearly received the loving attention of expert designers. The other two bedrooms are equally attractive and include a master suite with a king bed, and large and well-appointed ensuite bath, and a dual queen suite that also has its own oversized bath, great views and a premium entertainment system.
Condo Aquila is a fantastic find and offers the kind of location and amenities that are often reserved for much larger properties. With its private beach access nearby and its wonderful array of onsite amenities, it would make a great getaway for a larger family or a gathering of family or friends. It offers an excellent experience of the Punta Mita area and may easily become a favorite destination..

Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
Punta Mita Resort Maintenance
Please note that several Punta Mita beach clubs and golf courses will undergo scheduled maintenance and enhancement projects throughout 2026. These temporary closures are part of carefully planned resort improvements aimed at further elevating the guest experience.

Punta Mita Access Fee
The Club Punta Mita Access Fee is a one-time, per-person, per-stay fee that applies to vacation rental guests staying in Punta Mita for up to 30 days.

⇒ Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
⇒ Children under 5: No charge
Payment Requirement
⇒ The fee must be paid prior to arrival.
