Created from passion and love, Villa Hacienda 21 is built to accommodate traveling family members and friends who want to enjoy spending time together and making memories in Tulum, Mexico. The hacienda is designed in a U-shape with a modern design to make guests feel at home. It offers a variety of top amenities and services to allow guests to create a vacation that they will look back fondly on. This villa has room for up to 20 guests and includes 10 bedrooms and 10 private bathrooms.
Half of the bedrooms at this villa offer king beds, while the other half have queen beds. Many of the suites include private plunge pools and all of them have fully equipped bathrooms with vanities and showers. Some rooms have a private terrace where guests can enjoy looking out over the surrounding area, others include personal safes and other amenities. Each of the rooms has a private entrance for guests who want a little solitude during vacation.
The common areas are found throughout this sprawling villa and include exceptional items like a full gym with free weights and cardio equipment, a 15-meter private pool, and an outdoor open kitchen. There is a fire pit for casual cooking, as well as a yoga room for those who want extra relaxation during their stay. The villa also comes with a large garden that is ideal for gatherings and events while in Tulum.
Hacienda 21 was built to complement the feel of Tulum itself. It has a luxurious design, incorporates a wide range of natural materials, and has huge green spaces. It’s a villa created to offer harmony and balance where friends or family members can connect and share their lives. The villa comes with an open fireplace where guests can enjoy relaxing evenings after sunny days outside. There’s also a sound system with Bluetooth so you can enjoy your favorite music while hanging out by the pool or in the large kitchen.
There are several staff members available at the villa to help create the ideal vacation. A gardener and a pool maintenance person take care of the grounds, while a housekeeper stops in every day to make sure the space is neat and clean for guests. The villa has a great patio outside with a large pool, loungers, and tons of wood accents and plants to create the perfect Mexico vacation atmosphere.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellation greater than 65 days prior to arrival, US$400.00 administration fee is forfeited. Cancellation made within 65 days, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Please note Christmas and New Year reservations are nonrefundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
