Highlands Cabin 30 is the perfect destination for unforgettable winter getaways, accommodating up to 16 guests with 6 spacious bedrooms and 5.5 luxurious bathrooms across approximately 4,620 square feet of living space. Nestled in the prestigious Spanish Peaks community of Big Sky, this cabin offers not only incredible ski-in/ski-out access but also stunning mountain and Montana landscape views, just 25 minutes from Big Sky Resort. Plus, you’ll be near world-class shopping and dining for the complete Montana experience.
The home’s great room is designed for comfort and style, featuring a stone wood-burning fireplace, wood-lined ceiling, and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. Relax on the oversized sectional in the living area, enjoy a movie on the large TV, or cozy up with a warm drink by the fire. The gourmet kitchen boasts high-end appliances, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a 4-burner stove with a griddle, and an iPad-controlled sound system to create the perfect atmosphere. The dining table seats 12, with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. Step out onto the balcony to savor the views, cook on the grill, or dine at the outdoor table that seats 10.
The lower level offers even more space for relaxation, featuring a secondary living room with a wet bar, gas fireplace, large L-shaped sofa, and a 75” TV. Sliding doors open to a private patio with a hot tub. This level also includes a laundry room, a mudroom with ski lockers, and two bedrooms: a guest room with a king bed and a primary bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and gas fireplace.
The top level houses three more guest bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and a third with two twin-over-queen bunk beds—perfect for groups or families.
Highlands Cabin 30 blends luxury and convenience, offering ski-in/ski-out access, breathtaking scenery, and ample amenities. With parking in the heated garage and a second mudroom with ski storage, you're just a short trip from the slopes and all that Big Sky has to offer!
Dogs are allowed with a $500 fee plus tax per pet and a $500 deposit per pet.
