This beautiful apartment at exclusive Chalet Austria property is perfect for a family. Nestled in the exclusive Nasserein area of St. Anton, the Nasserein lift is a short walk from the apartment, as is the centre of town. Alexandra is laid out over a single floor and comfortably sleeps six people in three en-suite bedrooms.
The property was completed in 2010 and has been built to the highest standards with extensive use of old woods and natural stones. Particular attention has been paid to the quality of the furnishings and the owners have created a lovely warm and cosy environment.
There is a wonderful open plan living and dining area which is spacious and has plenty of light. French windows open out onto a wonderful terrace and garden which is a perfect place to enjoy an aperitif in the warmer months. The well-equipped kitchen overlooks the dining area, where six people can comfortably be seated around the dining table.
The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace with views over the piste. The apartment has two further bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, which can either be configured as double or twin bedrooms (zip and lock beds). One of these bedrooms is equipped with a TV and a DVD player.
A small laundry room with washer and tumble dryer is located on the lower ground floor. The property has use of a ski and boot room which is shared with the two other apartments in the building; Antoinette (sleeps 12) and Soline (sleeps 12).
In addition, our guests have access to the wonderful spa area which is on the lower ground floor. Spa facilities include a hammam, sauna, and relaxation area.
The property has external parking for one vehicle.
Bedroom 1: Ground floor Master bedroom with a double bed, WiFi, access to terrace and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.
Bedrooms 2 & 3: Ground floor bedrooms with a double bed (can be converted to two single beds), WiFi, access to terrace and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.

From the 1st of April 2021 onwards if the Client must cancel their booking with us due to COVID-19 CLOSURE the Clients will have the following options:
- a) If the Property is available the following season the Clients can postpone their reservation to the same Property for the following season at the same service level, for the same period or equivalent period at no additional charge.
- b) If the Property is available the following season, receive a credit to the value of their original booking to stay at the same Property at any point over the next 18 months where the credit can be used against that stay (no refund will be provided if the credit is not used in full and it can only be used against the accommodation and services costs) e.g. if the value of the original booking was 10,000 for a March week and the Clients wish to book the Christmas week which is 20,000 the Clients would be required to pay the balance.
- c) If the Property is no longer available, the Clients can then take the option to receive a credit for the value of their booking to stay with us at any other Property in our portfolio over the next 18 months (no refund will be provided if the credit is not used in full and it can only be used against the accommodation and services and excludes any 3rd party services).
- d) The client can also decide to receive a cash refund for their booking if the balance payment has been received. They would receive the full amount paid minus 25%.
