This stunning residence was completed in 2010, and constructed to the utmost standards, featuring vaulted ceilings and a generous use of aged woods and natural stones. The owners have given paramount attention to furnishing quality, crafting an enchanting ambiance perfect for relaxation and entertainment.
This single-level apartment comfortably accommodates twelve guests in its five en-suite bedrooms. Accessible via an elevator or stairs, you step into a spacious hallway that leads to both the primary living spaces and the bedrooms.
At the western end of the property, a splendid open-plan living and dining area, complete with a traditional Austrian fireplace, awaits. Expansive French windows open onto the surrounding balcony, providing elevated vistas of the St. Anton valley and the ski runs leading back to the village. Adjacent to the main living area, there's a charming snug with inviting sofas adorned with plush rugs and cushions—ideal for unwinding after dinner. The well-appointed kitchen overlooks the dining area and can be either open or closed, comfortably seating 12 for meals.
The five bedrooms and a guest toilet are accessed via a lengthy corridor that spans the length of the property. Each bedroom is generously sized. The master bedroom, with its en-suite bathroom, offers direct access to the balcony and includes its flat-screen TV. Three additional bedrooms, also with en-suite bathrooms, can be configured as either doubles or twins (thanks to zip-and-lock beds). The fifth bedroom features two sets of beautifully crafted adult-size bunk beds, accommodating four guests, and also comes with an en-suite bathroom, television, and DVD player.
A compact laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer is conveniently located within the apartment. The property includes a shared ski locker and boot heating room, shared with three other apartments: Soline (sleeps 12) and Alexandra (sleeps 6). Additionally, guests have exclusive access to a splendid spa area on the lower ground floor, which boasts a sauna, hammam, shower, and relaxation space. Antoinette also provides external parking for two vehicles.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
