Soline, St Anton. Soline encompasses the entire middle floor of our luxurious chalet in Austria. This remarkable property, constructed in 2010, was meticulously designed to meet the highest standards, featuring an abundance of aged woods and natural stones.
The chalet boasts an authentic 18th-century Tyrolean Stube, and it exudes a warm and inviting ambiance throughout, making it the perfect winter retreat. Adding to its charm, the dining area is graced by an original Renaissance-painted ceiling. Ideal for families or groups of friends, the apartment spans a single floor and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in its five en-suite bedrooms. Access to the property can be achieved via the lift or stairs, with each bedroom and the living area offering splendid vistas from its spacious and sun-soaked southwest-facing balconies.
Upon entering, a welcoming hallway leads to a corridor that branches out towards the bedrooms on one side and the main living spaces on the other. The delightful open-plan living and dining area, complete with a traditional Austrian fireplace, graces the western end of the property. Its elevated position provides breathtaking views from both the balconies and the living area. The well-appointed open-plan kitchen overlooks the dining area, where seating for 12 ensures ample space for gatherings. For entertainment, there's a separate TV room that is comfortable and cozy, perfect for entertaining the children after a day of skiing.
Natural light pours into the exceptionally spacious master bedroom, which includes an en-suite bathroom and a balcony. Two additional twin/double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, all equipped with en-suite facilities, offer comfortable accommodations. The fifth room features a traditional quad bunk layout with adult-sized bunk beds, a small desk, and an en-suite shower room. An extra guest toilet is conveniently situated off the main hallway.
The chalet provides access to a shared ski and boot room, shared with two other apartments in the building, namely Antoinette (sleeps 12) and Alexandra (sleeps 6). Furthermore, a splendid spa area on the lower ground floor awaits, featuring a hammam, sauna, shower, and relaxation area. This spa area is shared with two other apartments within Chalet Austria. Outdoor parking is available for two vehicles.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
