Situated in the beautiful Discovery Bay area, Villa Happy Hour is the perfect destination for a family reunion, vacation with friends, or other tropical events. The villa is designed to accommodate up to 14 people with seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a powder room. It has been furnished with luxury items to ensure a vacation experience that guests will never forget.
Outside at the front of the villa, guests will have access to a combination pickleball and tennis court. It has lights to facilitate nighttime play. There is also a large, lush lawn for other games and an air-conditioned gym where guests can work out.
Walk a bit further to the seaside jetty and guests will discover a gorgeous oceanside gazebo with a bar and comfortable seating. Or guests can visit the sundeck for privacy and relaxation in the afternoon hours.
The ground floor features a gourmet kitchen, where the included chef and pastry chef can create delicious meals and snacks for your party. This level also houses two bedrooms, including one of the master suites and the steam and sauna room. Each of the bedrooms has access to a private terrace leading outside.
Going up a level, Villa Happy Hour has a collection of five luxury bedrooms. There is another master suite, two king bedrooms, one bedroom with two queen beds, and a bedroom with three queen beds that offers excellent views of the tennis court and gardens.
The top level also boasts a spa room with a balcony facing the gardens and a modern media room with a 96-inch television and another balcony. You’ll also have access to an espresso station and a games room with several arcade games, a billiards table, and a foosball table.
The villa itself sets itself apart by offering gorgeous pieces of artwork, many from famous Jamaican artists.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
