This breathtaking 6-bedroom villa sits directly on the water’s edge, offering stunning views of the crystal-clear blue waters that Ocho Rios is famous for. Access to the villa is through the private grounds of Hermosa Cove Boutique Resort, placing it in a prime oceanfront location.
As you step through the grand entrance with its dramatic Jequitiba wood ceiling and oversized pivot door, you are immediately greeted by the sight of the Caribbean Sea. The villa showcases an impressive collection of artisanal pieces from some of Jamaica's finest artists, including works by Dougall, Mara Made, Pinto Pottery, and Dready Art.
Designed with a modern, chic aesthetic, this villa embodies the essence of oceanfront living. The sunken living room opens seamlessly to the verandah, creating a perfect flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. The dining area features a custom-made Tamarind wood table that seats 18, a true work of art. For entertainment, there’s an air-conditioned games room that leads into a cozy media room equipped with plush sofas and an 85” flat-screen TV, ideal for movie nights or watching the big game.
The villa offers two bedroom suites on the ground floor and four more on the upper level, including access to the Sky Gazing Deck. This deck is furnished with oversized double reclining chairs, providing the perfect spot to relax and take in the panoramic infinity-edge view.
Outdoor living is encouraged with an infinity-edge pool that features a shallow Baja ledge and sun shelves, along with a hot tub that accommodates 14 people. The Almond Tree Terrace, complete with a barbecue, overlooks a sandy beach area to the east, while a lower terrace offers sun loungers, a 3-pin putting green, and numerous peaceful spots for relaxation. Through a gate, guests can access Hermosa Cove Boutique Resort's small sandy beach, ideal for swimming in the calm, reef-protected waters.
Each bedroom in Buttonwood Reef is equipped with quiet remote-controlled air conditioning, ceiling fans, SMART flat-screen TVs, en-suite bathrooms, plush robes, premium bathroom amenities, and personal safes for added comfort and security.

The homeowner of Buttonwood Reef does not permit outside guests, weddings, or any other hospitality event. All outside vendors must be approved in advance of the rental by the homeowner.

Cancellations within 90 days, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note for Thanksgiving week all payment are non refundable for the following villas: Rio Chico, Lime-Acre, and Sundown. Holidays/Festive Conditions: For cancellations greater than 121 days prior to arrival, 25% of the deposit paid is forfeited. Cancellations within 120 days, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
