Ideal for a vacation with the extended family or a large group of friends, Buttonwood Reef Villa is located in St. Ann Parish of Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Guests will be right on the water of the north coast in a sprawling villa that offers a total of nine bedrooms and 10 bathrooms when combined with adjacent villa Seabiscuit. The main house features 6 bedrooms and villa Seabiscuit has 3 bedrooms.. Buttonwood trees offer shade over the villa’s new patio and gazebo, which add to the appeal of indoor and outdoor living.
There’s no need to lift a finger when staying at Buttonwood Reef since it comes fully staffed with a personal chef, laundry services, a butler, a housekeeper, and a gardener. Spend time in the outdoors enjoying the pool and loungers or break bread with friends through alfresco dining. Guests can start the day at the pool for a little sun and end it with a drink or two at the gazebo under the stars.
This villa has an open concept that provides ample access to the others in the group while maintaining privacy with bedrooms that include ensuite bathrooms. Two bedroom suites are on the ground floor with four upstairs near the Sky Gazing Deck. The villa also has a private cottage with two downstairs bedrooms and a master suite upstairs with a spacious balcony. Each bedroom has smart televisions, remote control air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom, and a personal safe.
Buttonwood Reef Villa has a chic and modern feel with a sunken living room and widened openings to reach the verandah. The dining table is custom made of Tamarind and seats up to 18 people. There’s also a gaming room and a media room for entertainment with comfortable sofas and an 85-inch television.
Outside, the villa has plenty to offer, as well. There’s a barbeque area near the beach and a lower terrace with a three-pin putting green, sun loungers, and other quiet areas. Hermosa Cove Boutique Resort is next door for access to a small reef-protected bay to enjoy a swim.

Cancellations within 60 days, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Thanksgiving Conditions: For cancellations greater than 91 days prior to arrival, 60% of the deposit paid is forfeited. Cancellations within 90 days, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Holidays/Festive Conditions: For cancellations greater than 121 days prior to arrival, 60% of the deposit paid is forfeited. Cancellations within 120 days, 100% of gross rental is forfeited.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
