STAR ESTATE is an exceptional private retreat comprising two luxurious villas, AVENSTAR and STAR, nestled in the peaceful hills of Camaruche, St-Barths. With eight bedrooms, three swimming pools, expansive terraces, and spectacular panoramic views over the Caribbean Sea, the estate offers an elegant and private setting for families and groups of friends.
Close to Lorient Beach, both villas combine refined interiors with a relaxed island atmosphere. Bright, air-conditioned living areas feature comfortable sofas, armchairs, televisions, and carefully selected decorative pieces, while driftwood accents and soft cushions add warmth to the sophisticated surroundings. Fully equipped kitchens provide everything needed for preparing meals and drinks, with the option of arranging a private chef for special occasions.
Each villa opens onto beautiful outdoor terraces designed to embrace the tropical setting. STAR ESTATE features three private swimming pools, including two positioned on different levels at Villa AVENSTAR. Sun loungers with umbrellas surround the pools and extend onto the lush lawn, while outdoor lounges and dining areas provide inviting spaces for alfresco meals and leisurely afternoons beneath the Caribbean sun.
The estate's elevated position makes the panoramic ocean views and spectacular sunsets a defining feature. From the terraces, guests can watch the changing colors of the Caribbean sky as the sun sets over the horizon, creating a beautiful backdrop for evening cocktails and outdoor dining.
STAR ESTATE offers eight air-conditioned bedrooms, with five located in Villa AVENSTAR and three in Villa STAR. Each bedroom features a king-size bed, or twin beds that can be converted into a king, along with a spacious ensuite bathroom. Distributed across the different levels of the two villas, the bedrooms provide a peaceful sense of privacy while taking advantage of beautiful views over the ocean and tropical surroundings.
