Horizon Villa is a sophisticated four-bedroom luxury villa set within the exclusive gated community of Sunny Bay Estates in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. Overlooking the turquoise waters of Chalk Sound and Silly Creek, the villa is surrounded by the natural beauty of Chalk Sound National Park and offers exceptional privacy, spacious living, and spectacular island views.
With approximately 4,000 square feet of interior space and 7,000 square feet of outdoor living, Horizon Villa is designed for relaxed Caribbean living and effortless entertaining. The open-plan kitchen and living area flows naturally onto the pool terrace, while distinctive interiors feature Versace tiles, statement wallpaper, and bespoke finishes that create a refined yet welcoming atmosphere.
The villa's outdoor spaces are equally impressive. A private pool and hot tub are complemented by multiple lounge and dining areas, providing plenty of opportunities to relax beneath the Caribbean sun. For an elevated perspective, the approximately 2,000-square-foot rooftop terrace offers panoramic 360-degree views across Chalk Sound and the surrounding landscape. An outdoor bar, sofa lounge, fire pit, and entertainment system make it an exceptional setting for sunset cocktails and evenings beneath the stars.
Guests can also enjoy a private putting green, kayaks, paddle boards, a Sonos sound system, and an outdoor entertainment lounge. The calm waters of Chalk Sound are ideal for kayaking and paddleboarding, while the villa's location provides easy access to Providenciales' beaches, restaurants, and natural attractions.
Horizon Villa accommodates up to eight guests across four air-conditioned bedrooms. The primary suite features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, wrap-around balcony, hot tub, and beautiful water views. Two additional bedrooms offer king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms, while the fourth bedroom features two full-size beds and a private ensuite bathroom.

The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty Us Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per Kwh.
