For sea enthusiasts, the private dock is a standout feature, providing easy access for jet ski rentals or boat charters that pick you up right from the villa.
Dining al fresco is a breeze with the outdoor kitchen and barbecue, and you can enjoy your meals by the water’s edge. During the hottest parts of the day, retreat to the screened lanai for some shade. As the sun sets, you can choose from various spots to relax—whether it’s soaking in the hot tub, sitting on the dock, or gathering around the fire pit.
Inside, the villa boasts soaring ceilings, open concept living spaces, and a calming color palette that creates a peaceful ambiance. The large kitchen island is perfect for social cooking, while the sectional sofa is ideal for unwinding with a book or watching a movie.
The main house features four bedrooms, each with pastel tones and positioned for privacy, and each has its own bathroom. The principal suite is particularly luxurious, offering a king-size four-poster bed with views of the pool, and a bathroom with a freestanding soaker tub and both indoor and outdoor showers. The second guest suite also overlooks the pool and canal, while the third and fourth bedrooms offer garden views.
A separate guest house, perfect for families with small children or those traveling with a nanny, mirrors the main house’s style and includes an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, along with an exterior dining space and two bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
Guests will appreciate the airy feeling created by the high ceilings and spacious layout, the sense of privacy with tranquil waterways surrounding the property, and the attentive service from a butler, housekeeper, and concierge.
