Please note that electricity costs in the Turks & Caicos Islands are considerably high, exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing. Therefore, we kindly request all guests to be mindful of their energy consumption, particularly with regards to air conditioning (AC). Should you choose to use the AC, we ask that you keep doors and windows closed.
The property owner will cover up to $45.00/day (forty-five US Dollars) for electricity consumption during your stay. On the last day of your rental, the electricity meter will be read, and any usage exceeding this allowance will be deducted from the lessee's security deposit at a rate of $0.60 per kilowatt-hour (KWH).
