The 7,300 sq ft, 5-bedroom main house exudes classic Barbadian design, seamlessly connecting private enclaves through enchanting open-air Tuscan galleries. At its core lies the magnificent great room, boasting alabaster walls, vintage furnishings, and arched French doors adorned with plantation shutters, all beneath a hand-painted cathedral-like ceiling. Please note that electricity costs in the Turks & Caicos Islands are considerably high, exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing. Therefore, we kindly request all guests to be mindful of their energy consumption, particularly with regards to air conditioning (AC). Should you choose to use the AC, we ask that you keep doors and windows closed.

The property owner will cover up to $120.00 per day (one hundred twenty US Dollars) for electricity consumption during your stay. On the last day of your rental, the electricity meter will be read, and any usage exceeding this allowance will be deducted from the lessee's security deposit at a rate of $0.60 per kilowatt-hour (KWH).
