Start your mornings with a fresh latte made using the Gevi espresso machine and coffee grinder, paired with gourmet coffee, as you take in the peaceful island sunrise from the deck. The soothing sounds of birds and the gentle breeze create a relaxing and refreshing start to your day.
The home is thoughtfully laid out with a separate primary suite and a guest wing, connected by an open central living space. In total, the property offers three spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Each bedroom features a California King bed dressed in 525+ thread count cotton sheets, complemented by premium bedding, hotel-style robes, and spa-quality towels. Two bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms, while the third bathroom features beautiful Moroccan tile and a glass-walled shower, offering a luxurious experience for all guests.
Every detail of the home reflects quality and elegance, from the custom lighting and hardware to the high-end finishes and tiling throughout. Step outside onto the IPE deck, where you’ll find a BBQ and a comfortable lounging area, perfect for embracing indoor-outdoor island living. The property is set alongside the open green space of the former Princeville Golf Course, providing a serene and scenic backdrop.
Enjoy nearby walk through the former Woods Golf Course, now a peaceful open space, or explore Princeville on foot with easy access to Queen’s Bath and Sea Lodge Beach. Just a 7-minute drive brings you to the stunning shores of Hanalei Bay or Anini Beach, while Princeville Park and local shops are within a short 10-minute walk, making this location both convenient and idyllic for your Hawaiian escape.
