Endless Summer Escape
San Damiano is a faithful reconstruction in the timeless Tuscan architectural style, strategically positioned at the heart of the estate. A leisurely walk through the meadow effortlessly connects you to the hotel, ensuring convenient access for guests. For those seeking outdoor adventures, the residence offers direct access to private hiking, biking, and horseback riding trails that wind their way through the estate. These trails can be easily reached within the forest located in front of the residence. As you explore these paths, you are bound to encounter the ubiquitous presence of deer and the vibrant plumage of pheasants, adding a touch of natural splendor to your journey.
The Weekly Rate Includes: Electricity, A/C, water, Governante service (2 hrs) per day, WiFi internet access, gardener and pool maintenance service and a dedicated concierge to help plan your stay and free access to the pool complex.
Food, beverage and provisioning fee are not included. Chef service, personal laundry and telephone charges are additional and paid locally in Euro. Please ask your villa specialist for these charges. EUR530.00 one time Housekeeping Fee will be billed upon check out. EUR2.50 per night per person city tax is payable locally (children of 12 years old and under are exempt).

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
