Corazon Estate lives up to that name with its beachfront setting along Soliman Bay in the Mayan Riviera. Part of the Tulum region, it is actually halfway between that famous site and the Akumal area. This means visitors to the luxurious five-bedroom property enjoy a level of peace and privacy that many other spots cannot provide. It is entirely unique as it is a three-unit property (including Corazon Uno, Corazon Dos, and Corazon Tres) that can be taken individually or in their entirety as the Corazon Estate.
Guests will love the private palapas that line up along the beach and await days spent lounging in the shade or the sun, picnicking along the water’s edge or even star gazing once the sun has set. However, there are the private villas to enjoy, too. They are identical in design and décor and each is a two-story villa with shared public spaces that include the charming pool area with a freeform pool and oversized lounges, all tucked behind a screen of native palms for optimal privacy. There is also a community barbecue area with grill and dining space for hours of memorable fun.
Each villa is remarkably spacious for a single bedroom property. The ground floor levels each offer a classic great room that feature banks of glass doors and windows gazing out to the private courtyard and verdant surroundings. High ceilings and natural wood trim allow the rooms to create a welcoming and earthy tone for the dining room area, the living room with media and entertainment gear, and the full kitchen with all that is needed to make meals of any kind. Two of them have master suites on the ground floor, and these feature king beds and private baths, and open to the garden or terrace areas. All three have single king suites on the upper levels and they feature a large and private balcony, amazing views, and opulently appointed baths.
The Corazon Estate is a complete destination all on its own and would be absolutely perfect for a large family gathering in the Tulum area. With its individual homes for each group or couple, it would allow a level of independence and privacy that few other arrangements afford but encourage time together with common outdoor spaces and that stunning beach just steps away. Whether a visit is with family or friends, this stunning setting is sure to delight all who visit.

For new bookings, the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 14 days prior to the arrival, guests will receive a full refund minus a US$200 administration fee.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 14 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited and kept as a voucher credit for travel to the same property for up to 12 months from the original arrival date.
These special terms apply for Covid-19 related reasons only. For all other cancellation reasons, the regular terms and conditions apply.
Conditions that meet the COVID Cancellation policy include the following conditions: COVID travel bans, border closures, quarantine requirement, or a recent positive test result within the traveling party. Supporting documents may be required. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
