Villa Ceres is part of the Las Marietas neighborhood in the highly renowned Punta Mita area of Mexico. A three-bedroom, condo-style villa it gazes out over the 18th hole of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Bahia Golf Course and is one of two remarkable courses on the property, with the other being the Pacifico Golf Course. Guests of the villa enjoy resort privileges as a part of their stay, including use of the golfing as well as the tennis center, modern fitness facilities, a private beach club, the Kupuri Beach Club, snorkeling, shopping, dining, spa treatments, fishing and water sports, and more. As a world-class destination favored by celebrities and world travelers alike, it is a great find.
And though there are many great things to do outside of the villa, it too has an array of facilities and amenities that make it a great destination all on its own. For one, there is the enormous balcony that is home to an oversized, infinity-edge plunge pool, and a sun deck. The balcony is enormous and wraps around the side of the villa. It is large enough to accommodate the pool as well as a unique, rounded sunbed with retractable top. There are al fresco dining and lounging spaces, and the Midcentury Modern esthetic creates a wonderful mood indoors and out.
Stepping from the balcony and into the great room, visitors will appreciate its airy décor and layout, which is an open floor plan to make the most of the views. There is a living room, a TV lounge area, a more formal dining room space, and the remarkably modern kitchen. Stocked with the very best appliances and gear, it would satisfy even the most finicky cooks or chefs.
The villa is also home to three flawlessly appointed bedrooms. There is a single master suite with private terrace space, king bed, entertainment system and ensuite bath. The other two bedrooms also open to their own balcony areas, and one is a king suite with private bath while the third is a dual double suite with balcony and bath.
Villa Ceres offers up that balance of home-like comforts and luxurious surroundings. With its inspired décor, it is a visual treat and yet just outside its enormous banks of glass doors are some of the most inspired views imaginable. Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
Punta Mita Access Fee
The Club Punta Mita Access Fee is a one-time, per-person, per-stay fee that applies to vacation rental guests staying in Punta Mita for up to 30 days.

Punta Mita Resort Maintenance
Please note that several Punta Mita beach clubs and golf courses will undergo scheduled maintenance and enhancement projects throughout 2026. These temporary closures are part of carefully planned resort improvements aimed at further elevating the guest experience.
