Villa Alfaro is part of the world-famous Punta Mita area of Mexico. One of the most exclusive locations in the entire country, it is frequented by celebrities and the jet set. Designed in a classic, single-story style, it is cheerfully colorful and features all of the hallmarks of tropical design. Terra cotta tiled roof, bold yellow paint juxtaposed against lush green landscaping and splashes of natural color make it a visually stunning spot. And visually stunning is the ideal phrase for many elements of this villa. It gazes out towards one of the golf greens and the sea beyond, and you take this in from your private pool terrace.
Beautifully furnished with a full-sized sun bed, sun and shade terraces, and a palapa with hammock and outdoor living space, it will become your favorite outdoor lounge and al fresco dining room. With a barbecue and outdoor kitchen area, it will serve as a favorite gathering place at all hours of the day or night. Step through the floor to ceiling glass door to the great room and a pale and soothing palette captures the light and airy feeling from just outside.
It houses the living room with oversized sofa, the formal dining room, the breakfast bar area and the full kitchen. Hints of Balinese influence fill this shared living space, and you pass through the elegant courtyard to reach the bedrooms. They include a master suite with king bed, enormous plunge tub in the ensuite bath and terrace access. There are two double suites, both with large and private baths and garden views or terrace access.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
Punta Mita Access Fee
The Club Punta Mita Access Fee is a one-time, per-person, per-stay fee that applies to vacation rental guests staying in Punta Mita for up to 30 days.

⇒ Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge

Payment Requirement

Punta Mita Resort Maintenance
Please note that several Punta Mita beach clubs and golf courses will undergo scheduled maintenance and enhancement projects throughout 2026. These temporary closures are part of carefully planned resort improvements aimed at further elevating the guest experience.
