With four beautifully designed bedrooms, including two stunning ocean-view master suites, Villa Uh K’aay combines comfort, elegance, and effortless indoor-outdoor living. Spacious common areas open seamlessly onto terraces, the pool, and the beach, creating the perfect setting for gathering, relaxing, and making unforgettable memories with family and friends.
Every detail of your stay is thoughtfully taken care of by a dedicated private chef, butler, and housekeeping team, allowing you to fully unwind and enjoy the experience. Spend your days lounging by the pool, exploring the coastline, enjoying fresh meals prepared just for you, or soaking in the rooftop Jacuzzi as the sun sets over the Caribbean.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.

The Endless Summer Escape applies to all new reservations booked between May 12 and August 31, 2026.
Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
Please note, due to Sian Ka’an being a protected reserve, it is not permitted to bring external ATVs, water sports equipment such as kiteboards, or audio equipment. It is also forbidden to fish, to protect the endangered sea life. Additionally, pets are not allowed.
It is also important to note that roads in Sian Ka’an are unpaved and therefore distances and times may vary depending on the season and road quality/condition. Four wheel drive vehicles are required.
