This contemporary ski-in chalet, with the capacity to accommodate up to 12 guests in its six luxurious bedrooms, promises stunning mountain vistas and an ideal retreat for family gatherings or groups of friends seeking a perfect blend of skiing and relaxation.
Situated just minutes away from the primary piste leading into St. Anton, adorned with beloved restaurants and bars, this chalet offers advanced skiers the convenience of skiing to within 150 meters of its doorstep. To ski out, a brief stroll to the piste is all that's required.
The top floor of the chalet is exclusively dedicated to modern living space. An open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area provides an inviting environment for group gatherings. The room exudes simplicity and elegance, with rich textured fabrics and soothing neutral tones. Natural light streams in through floor-to-ceiling windows during the day, while a contemporary open wood fireplace adds a cozy ambiance at night. The spacious dining table accommodates up to 12 guests. From the comfortable sofas, you can savor breathtaking views through French windows that lead to a south-facing balcony. On the opposite side of the room, doors open onto an expansive terrace bathed in morning sunshine. This terrace is adorned with luxurious outdoor furnishings, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee and ski day planning while overlooking the resort. The living area also boasts a Smart TV for entertainment.
Descending one level via the stairs, you'll arrive on the main sleeping floor of the chalet. On the right, you'll find a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room that can also be configured as a twin room. This bedroom grants access to the spacious south-facing terrace, shared with the adjacent master en-suite. On the terrace, you'll discover two inviting warm baths, each comfortably seating one person, providing an ideal setting to rejuvenate tired muscles. The sumptuous master bedroom features a generously sized en-suite bathroom with a shower, as well as a desk and chair, offering a serene space for relaxation or work. Two more double/twin bedrooms on this floor share a separate shower room and a separate toilet. One of these bedrooms boasts its own balcony with panoramic alpine views of distant majestic peaks.
The ground floor houses two additional bedrooms. One of them is a cozy bunk room for two, complete with an en-suite shower room. Adjacent to this room, you'll find a spacious double/twin bedroom also equipped with an en-suite shower room. Additionally, this floor is home to a professional kitchen where our exceptional culinary team will prepare all your meals. You'll also discover the ski room with boot warmers, an extra storage room, a guest WC, and a splendid sauna, offering a haven for tired muscles at the end of each day.
