Villa Ara overlooks the 18th hole of one of the premier golf courses that are only part of the appeal of the famous Punta Mita area of Mexico. It is part of the Las Marietas neighborhood and stands alongside the Bahia Golf Course. The entire area is jet set favorite as well as a popular destination with some of the most recognizable faces and names in the world. This makes sense when you think about its amazing weather, stunning beaches, and remarkable views. As noted, there is world-class golf, tennis, snorkeling, shopping, dining, and great spa options. There is fishing and water sports, and more. However, this three bedroom, condo-style accommodation has so many luxuries and amenities that it might just end up as your entire destination.
Unlike many other similarly sized and designed property, this one features an enormous terrace with an infinity-edge plunge pool that gazes out towards the golf course and the sea views beyond. Lounge in the al fresco dining areas or the sun beds, or relax in one of the cozy conversation niches. You can also step inside to the oversized great room where the high ceilings, enormous banks of glass doors, and pale palette work together to capture the airy feeling of the scene outdoors. The light and delicious sea breezes make their way inside and you can enjoy them while reclining on the banquette sofa, leisurely enjoying a movie in the media space, or sitting at the formal dining room area to enjoy a meal or drink. The open air kitchen is a chef’s delight and allows you to whip up meals or snacks without missing a moment of the scenery or group fun.
The three bedrooms take their design cues from the rest of the space and feature lots of open space, sitting rooms and sea views. There is a master suite with a king bed, ensuite bath and entertainment system. There is another king suite with private bath and a dual double suite with similar amenities and sea views.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
Punta Mita Resort Maintenance
Please note that several Punta Mita beach clubs and golf courses will undergo scheduled maintenance and enhancement projects throughout 2026. These temporary closures are part of carefully planned resort improvements aimed at further elevating the guest experience.

Punta Mita Access Fee
The Club Punta Mita Access Fee is a one-time, per-person, per-stay fee that applies to vacation rental guests staying in Punta Mita for up to 30 days.
Fee Structure
⇒ Adults & Teenagers (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
⇒ Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
⇒ Children under 5: No charge
Payment Requirement
⇒ The fee must be paid prior to arrival.
⇒ The fee will be billed separately.
⇒ Club access cards will not be issued until payment has been received.
