The gorgeous dining pavilion with full-length folding doors is linked to the kitchen via a little water feature!
The villa is approximately a 15 minutes short-drive from Samui International Airport. The villa is perfect for sun-seekers looking for a luxe beachfront abode in sleepy Samui as it features a beautiful beach sala ideal for al fresco dining with outdoor speakers, a fully equipped kitchen with design fixtures, and is located in a secure gated community. Plus, Bophut is recognized as one of the prestigious areas of Koh Samui due to its pristine environment and commanding views.
Baan Kularb is one of the eight properties of a secured gated community, Dhevatara Residence. Five in villas on the beach and there are 3 sea view villas (with three levels) at the back. The villas are laid-out in several different designs to ensure guests have the choice to optimize their comfort and fulfillment with some on the hillside offering stunning sea views, and others directly along the estate’s beachfront.
Villa Baan Kularb can be rented together with the following villas: Baan Feung Fah, Baan Leelawadee, Baan Benjamart, Baan Ban Buri, Baan Maliwan, Baan Ratree, and Baan Bua Sawan, and the total number of rooms for rent can be 31.
NOTE : 2 kayaks are shared by all villas within the estate (one double seat and one single seat); Barbeque (shared with other Dhevatara Residence villas)

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellation greater than 60 days prior to arrival, 25% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation made between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival, 55% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation made within 30 days, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Please note Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year reservations are non refundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Maximum seating capacity 20 (combination of seating and standing, including guests residing in the villa)
Event fees USD 1,200 + 7% tax
Security Deposit
● Where the number of guests eexceeds1.5 times the occupancy of the villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 will be collected.
● Where the number of guests is less than 1.5 times the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected.
● Security deposit is refundable provided no damage or deep cleaning at the villa is required.
Other requirements
● Pre and post-everyday events are allowed and can be arranged with a separate fee of USD 600 + 7% tax.
● Music and event curfew are until midnight only.
● Kindly note that we are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any
events held in the villa and the immediate surrounding areas of the villa i.e. beach.
● Fireworks are only allowed for weddings and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event.
● Sky Lanterns are also prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.
Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to the 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
