Five villas are situated directly on the beach, while three sea-view villas, including Baan Maliwan, offer multi-level accommodations, ensuring guests have a range of options to optimize their comfort and enjoyment. Hillside villas offer stunning sea views, while beachfront villas provide direct access to the estate's pristine coastline.
For larger groups, Villa Baan Maliwan can be rented alongside the following villas: Baan Benjamart, Baan Feung Fah, Baan Kularb, Baan Leelawadee, Baan Ban Buri, Baan Ratree, and Baan Bua Sawan, providing a total of 31 rooms available for rent.
Please note that the estate provides two shared kayaks for all villas, including one double seat and one single seat. Additionally, a shared barbecue area is available for use, shared among the residences of Dhevatara Residence.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellation greater than 60 days prior to arrival, 25% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation made between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival, 55% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation made within 30 days, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Please note Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year reservations are non refundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
